What is COLLAB?

COLLAB is Strategise Australia’s Student Outreach Program designed to provide up-and-coming talent an opportunity to work on large-scale projects and build their personal portfolio.

It’s an opportunity for the student to taste-test different industries and sectors while applying their cutting-edge knowledge and developing their skills. 

Even with enviable scores and obvious talent, it can be extremely difficult to get your foot in the door of major corporations and converted Government departments. Strategise Australia bridges this gap and introduces students to real-world projects while guiding them through the process.

The initiative is a WIN-WIN with Strategise Australia always looking for the best and the brightest and continuing to learn from the latest technologies, processes and innovations.

We work in collaboration with University representatives to place the best people for the right opportunity.

Recognised as a digital thought-leader, Natalee-Jewel was frequently a keynote speaker; member of expert-panel discussions; and lead trainer sharing her unique approaches with audiences across Australiasia. Her appointment as Media Director of the Embassy of the United States of America brought her career full circle, where she was responsible for both the Mission’s traditional and new media. Introducing innovative digital systems Natalee-Jewel took communication processes to a new level bringing a fresh dimension to local and international outreach programs. She leads Strategise Australia's Communications teams and is the Head of COLLAB, responsible for liaising with University Department Heads, Mentors, and the placement of students into enjoyable and life-changing opportunities.

Nominated by the Royal Australian Navy for CONSULTANT OF THE YEAR 2021, Andrew Kirby is an experienced leader, strategic planner and analyst for both business and Defence. With over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, business planning, Defence and national security, Andrew has a proven record of providing highly valued analysis and advice that enables senior decision-makers to understand and solve complex problems. Andrew is our Senior Mentor and as an Adjunct in Strategy, Leadership & Change Management Andrew lectures in Australia and overseas.
